Trouble logging in?
We don't have a central login page, each workshop on GlobalWorkshop gets their own unique site. All of the details to access GlobalWorkshop will be in your email. Here's a quick rundown of what to do:
For clients of workshops
First time logging in
- You will receive a registration email prompting you to setup your account. This email will be titled "Your vehicle profile is waiting for you on [Your workshop's name]".
- Follow the link in the email, and setup your password and other details.
- After you've logged in you will receive an email "Account details for you to save" with the web address to bookmark, and links to download the apps. You can login to the app with the same email/password you setup.
- If you do not have this email? As always please check your spam folder, if you can't find it please contact your workshop
- For security reasons you need to talk to your workshop directly if you think you should have access and don't. They will let us know if we need to help.
Previously logged in
- Simply go to the address in the "Account details to save" email, follow the link
- You can reset your password at the link at the bottom of the page.
