Build the way you actually build.
Structure a build as a single job broken into the stages it's actually built in - Strip Down, Chassis Prep, Paint, Final Assembly. Hang the tasks, parts, photos, checklists and reference builds off each one. The job reads like a build plan rather than a spreadsheet.

Stage library - quote in minutes, not hours

Build Stage templates drop straight onto an estimate or job and price themselves from your current part prices and rates. Template usage tracking shows which stages you reach for most, and you can import stages from a spreadsheet to get started.

Budget and progress per stage
See the overrun on the stage that caused it, while there's still job left to recover it.
Every stage carries its own budget. The progress bar runs green, turns amber from 80% and red when it's over budget - so you know where the hours are going stage by stage, not just once the whole job is done.
Stage picklists
The floor picks for the stage they're starting, not for the whole build.
Each stage has its own stock picklist, available as a printable BOM-style PDF to take to the racks. Allocate stock stage by stage, from the web or by scanning a QR code in the app, with at-a-glance allocation status.

Drag bars to set dates, link one piece of work to the next and see the whole build in one view, at job, stage or task level. Whatever you set is written straight back onto the stages and tasks. The Overall Schedule puts every running job on a single timeline, so you can see what lands when and which jobs are stacked on top of each other.

Stock Planner
Low stock tells you what has already run down. The planner projects forward.
Demand comes from your jobs, accepted estimates and submitted estimates weighted by their win percentage. Immediate, short term and long term projections show the pressure on your stock - and what you need to order before it bites.
Sign-offs and certification
For a brake job, a road test - anything a customer or an auditor might ask about later.
Mark a stage or a part process as needing a signature to complete. In the app, the signature is captured against certification wording - "I certify build stage Chassis Prep is complete on JOB1234" - and stored on the stage, so there's a record of who signed off and when.
