** Pooled storage and projects applies based on number of users. Eg 1 user = 3 vehicles, 2 users = 6 vehicles and so on. The storage pool is across all your vehicles, so one may use 50gb, one may use 5 within the limit. As an approximate guide we've rarely (infact never) seen a vehicle consume more than 20gb of storage, the maximum on the system is 17GB for one car over a 3 year build by what we would consider the industry leader in documentation.

We have a soft limit of 200/images/user/day, 50/videos/user/day pooled across your account - i.e. if you have 10 users that would be a 1000/images/day (!!). What we mean by a soft limit is that we won't limit/stop based on a single occurance, but if we see sustained throughput we reserve the right to contact you and/or place hard limits in place. The maximum any one GW user has put through was 8900 images+videos in a day using our import tool, and before that 672 photos in a day manually. In practise we've never had to invoke a hard limit - however there are people that sign up for services such as ours, just to find those limits! So we have to have this here. |
